Framework Context
To maximise its effectiveness, learning and organisational development needs to be meaningful and in context. However, whatever framework or development programmes are produced, there tends to be a consistent core of subject areas, although the relevance of context means that the detail, models, approaches etc will vary. In addition to this there will be areas specifically relevant to the organisation, its markets, people, issues and objectives.
Generally in developing an organisation, programmes cover individual effectiveness, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership (and management), and the organisational environment - culture, change and so forth.
